The Digital Technology Leadership Program (DTLP) offers fresh graduates an opportunity to deliver real results in the areas of business process, infrastructure, and product development, through 3 eight-month rotations across Carrier business units. Our commitment to you is to provide front-line, hands-on, meaningful assignments designed to stretch your capabilities and accelerate your professional development. In addition to the hands-on experience gained through the rotation assignments, Associates will receive high-caliber training, mentoring, and guidance from leading Carrier executives, current DTLP Associates, and DTLP alumni, in order to build a strong and lasting global network of colleagues.<\/p>\r\n

Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\r\n
During the candidate’s time in the program, other rotational assignments are available in Digital Technology’s departments throughout Refrigeration, Commercial HVAC, Residential HVAC, and Carrier Corporate Headquarters. Our dedication to you is to provide front-line, hands-on, meaningful assignments designed to stretch your capabilities and improve your learning. Each Associate will have the opportunity to experience different functional rotations within 3 of the following areas: Cybersecurity & Risk Management, Data Science & Analytics, Enterprise Business Systems, Infrastructure Services, Product & Project Management, Software Development, and User Experience Design.<\/p>\r\n

Required Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\r\n

- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, data science, cybersecurity, computer science and related digital technology fields <\/li>\r\n
- 3.0 or higher GPA <\/li>\r\n
- A minimum of one prior internship or co-op experience in a related field<\/li>\r\n
- Applicant must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident<\/li>\r\n
- Willing to rotate and relocate to US offices over the course of the two-year program <\/li>\r\n
- Less than one year full-time professional work experience<\/li>\r\n
- Ability to start position on Leadership Program start date in June 2024<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

The Finance Leadership Program (FLP) is a 3-year, early career rotational program designed to expose associates to Carrier’s segments and finance functions at a New York Stock Exchange traded company with market-leading products and services utilized by customers worldwide.<\/p>\r\n

The FLP builds upon formal education while providing an excellent opportunity to create a strong network and join a culture that values ethics, the environment, and financial performance. FLP associates develop analytical and communication skills while acquiring a greater appreciation for teamwork and leadership. The program includes collaboration with FLP’s in Europe and Asia, as well as Carrier leadership programs across other functional areas, to develop skills and tools required for a successful career at Carrier.<\/p>\r\n

Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\r\n
Rotations are designed to expose associates to multiple segments and functions which may include Controllers & Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Operations \/ Factory Finance, among other Finance functions based on business need. Rotation locations are updated annually and may include Florida, North Carolina, Indiana, or others. Relocation based on annual role assignment and travel for training events during the program is required and covered by the Company.<\/p>\r\n

The program provides a continuing educational focus throughout the rotational experience, which may include trainings, events, and various case studies. FLP associates receive mentoring from program alumni and executives.
